From Mar. 9th – Mar. 19th 2015, the Assyrian Aid Society-Iraq implemented a relief program for the displaced families from Mosul and Nineveh Plain, by the support of the Assyrians Without Borders Organization from Sweden, where the program included distribution of humanitarian aid to displaced families from Mosul and Nineveh Plain in several places, (Dohuk city in the centers that holds the displaced people which is the churches halls, the cultural and sports centers, the ACERO complex, the dormitories of AASI, the headquarters of the Assyrian Aid Society in Dohuk and the villages of Barwar area, in addition to Janbour and Enishkee villages), where the families benefiting from the program reached to (835) of displaced families, which included the distribution of food baskets and other basic needs, which will hopefully ease the suffering of displaced under their difficult living conditions.
