AAS implements a relief program of providing humanitarian aid to displaced families of Khabour in Qamishli

The Assyrian Aid Society in cooperation with Youth Group of Mother Syria and Assyria Foundation for Relief implemented a relief program (Campaign of Akitu the Bounteous) for displaced families of Khabour, on April 2nd 2015, in coinciding with the celebration of  the Assyrian Babylonian New Year - Akitu (6765) and the Easter, in the purpose of providing the support and alleviate the suffer of displaced families whom fled from the villages of Khabour after the recent attacks of the extremists of ISIS, where the program included distribution of 200 food basket to the Assyrian displaced families in Qamishli province.
